Start with the bra you are wearing right now. Yes, this is safe to try at home. Stand in front of a full-length mirror in your bra and panty. Wearing both of them together allows you to see and feel your body as a whole. While you’re at it, smile. A smile makes everything seem better.

Now take your bra off. We’re going to put it back on together.
